8th International InteriCAD Interior Design Award 2012

1. Gather selected participating projects to submit in a CD-ROM or DVD - ROM containing:
2. Minimum 8 - 12 real project’s photo in JPEG format with at least 300dpi in resolution.
3. A design statement of no more than 200 words is to be included with the submission for each project. The design statement has to be in English and Microsoft Word Format.
4. Layout Plan for each Project.
5. Designers’ profile and close up photo for interior designers who have involved in each project.
6. Each company/ individual/ partners/ team is allowed to submit a maximum of 5 projects per entry with appropriate entry fees.
7. Entry forms must be clearly filled up with the names of projects, designers and contact information.
8. To qualify for the Best Lighting Award, the “Lighting Plan drawing” in JPEG format must be submitted
9. To qualify for Go Green Lighting Award, the “Lighting Plan drawing” in JPEG format and Lighting Plan description in Microsoft Word Format must also be submitted.
10. To qualify for the Best Tiles Application Award, the “Tiles Layout Plan” in JPEG format must be submitted.

1. Open for participation to all local and international companies or individuals in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Spain, South Africa, Poland, Demark, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, India and Dubai.
2. Participation fees are applicable to each company or individual.

1. IIDA Pre Launch Party (Malaysia): May 2012
2. IIDA Official Launch: July 2012
3. Project Submission Deadline: 30th September 2012
4. Preliminary Final Judging: October 2012
5. Final Judging (International): November 2012
6. IIDA Award Ceremony: December 2012 (in Malaysia)

Registration Fees

1. RM 350 per registration for maximum submission of 5 projects per entry. For example, if an individual or a company wishes to submit 7 projects, the total cost of participation is RM 700. For participants in Hong Kong, the fee is HK$100 per project per entry.

Rules and Regulations

• This contest is open to all interior designers, architects, developers, kitchen specialists (companies or individuals) from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Spain, South Africa, Poland, Demark, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, India and Dubai.
• Entries must conform strictly to the submission requirements and entry requirements.
• Entry fees must be made together with entries submission.
• Final Judges’ decisions are final.
• The entries for the 8th International IIDA 2012 must be the participant’s own original work.
• Previous entries that have been won the previous IIDA’s awards are ineligible to enter IIDA 2012 onwards.
• All completed entries must be postmarked by 30th September, 2012.
• All entries become the property of TS Exim Sdn Bhd (the organizer), co-organizers and sponsors of 8th International IIDA 2012.
• Winning entries may be featured in marketing and promotional materials as deemed appropriate by the organizer and sponsors.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash credit or in kind.
• The organizer reserves the right to substitutes the award prizes to that of equivalent value without prior notice.
• If winners and candidates would like to attend the award ceremony, they will be bear all expenses for entrance tickets, travel costs and other incidentals relating to their appearance at the award ceremony.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
